We dive into your criteria: budget, neighbourhood, type of home, flat-share or whole place… I also share my insights on the current Amsterdam market.
I scan the market every day, activate my network of agents and landlords, shortlist the best options and visit them for you (with video and debrief).
Once we find the right home, I put you in touch with the landlord or agency and accompany you through to the lease signature. I review the lease with you in French (or English) so no clause goes unnoticed.
If you wish, I can pick up the keys for you. The inventory check normally stays in your hands — unless you specifically ask for my presence. I then remain available in the days and weeks that follow to answer any questions about settling in.
In Amsterdam, a good apartment is gone within 24–48 hours. I'm on the ground, ready to visit the same day.

Yes, absolutely! Most of my clients start the search from outside the Netherlands. I visit places for you, send detailed videos, and it's completely possible to sign the lease remotely.
My fees depend on the formula chosen and the complexity of your search. I work on a flat fee, not on commission: you know up front what you'll pay. A personalised, free quote is given after our discovery call.
My core expertise is Amsterdam and its surroundings (Amstelveen, Haarlem, Zaandam, Diemen…). For other Dutch cities, get in touch — I can either help directly or refer you to a trusted colleague.
Part of my fee is tied to the actual lease signing. You only pay the full service once you have the keys. Transparency is at the heart of how I work.
In Amsterdam, English is the working language of every real estate agency and most landlords — the market is very international. So I negotiate with them in English, while you and I communicate in French. For the rare official documents written in Dutch, I rely on professional translation tools and my local network to ensure accurate understanding.
